At the 11th China International Investment Trade Conference, which was held on September 8th, the Finance Ministry announced that the country would slow down adjustment of the export rebate policy in the near future in order to reduce its impact on Chinese enterprises.
On June 18th this year, China had decided to reduce export rebate rate on some products. The export rebate policy and processing trade policy were also introduced one after another.
This has brought a certain degree of pressure on Chinese export and processing enterprises.
Chinese export processing enterprises mainly concentrate in the economic development zone which has many preferential policies.
According to statistics, in the first half of this year, the total industrial output of 54 Chinese national-level economic development zones reached 1726.6 billion yuan.
The tax income was 99.2 billion yuan and real foreign investment was US $8.8 billion. It is estimated that with stable Chinese domestic economy, there will be successive investment opportunities in Chinese processing trade.
