Prolonged summers and mild winters have forced people in China to discard thick and heavy winter garments. These will be replaced by light and thin down clothes that are known to be lighter than mobile phones.
Moreover, functional clothes, such as those having special pockets for MP3 and numeral cameras and the detachable sports down clothes are becoming more popular this winter season.
Shanghai Down Clothes Fair was recently held in Shanghai city where esteemed Chinese down clothes enterprises introduced the latest collection of down clothes. The fabrics displayed were thin, light, colorful and of course, very fashionable.
The light down clothes showcased at the event contained 90 percent of down, weighed less than 200 grams and still qualified for being a winter garb because of its astoundingly warm feel.
Short down clothes have also been attracting a good number of buyers. Among these, the short-sleeves down clothes and the down waistcoats with laces are more in demand among the youngsters as they can be easily teamed up with shirts, knitting garments and short skirts.
