Rising singer and songwriter Dai Peini, or Penny Dai, attended a promotional event in Beijing on Sunday, sending out plastic bags at the event to show her support for environmental protection.
The Beijing Times reported that the Malaysian-Chinese star will consider writing a song about green living in her upcoming 2008 album.
It is everyone's responsibility to maintain a clean environment, and we should do our bit, the entertainer said.
