Vietnam Textile and Garment Assn to Begin Trade Promotion Programs
The Vietnam Textile and Garment Association (Vitas) has announced that it will start eight national trade promotion programs in the second quarter this year with funding of about US$925,000 from the State budget.
The association will use the money to accelerate the establishment of a representative office and a showroom in Germany, take part in exhibitions and fairs in the United States, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and send delegations to the US and Spain to seek business opportunities.
