By the end of May, Semir's Mystery Customer inspection work has covered all of its 67 direct-owned stores in Xi'an, Wenzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Beijing, Tianjin and other places. This work has effectively raised the image and reputation of its direct-owned stores.
Semir's Mystery Customer inspection work started at last September in order to enhance the image and standards of its stores to bring them in line with Semir's brand image. This work includes 16 items, for instance, the Mystery Customer will check the display, facilities, environment and service of Semir stores.
Semir's Mystery Customers are these accepted the trainings of Semir stores' image standards, experiencing and criticizing Semir's customer services as shoppers, and giving feedbacks in written forms. Stores will take improvement actions according to the feedbacks. Semir's Mystery Customer inspection work team is managed by the Group Quality Management Department, which is independent from the sales departments. It works as an independent third party to present just and objective opinions.
