Mr. Xia: Of course! I think happiness is necessary to everyone. We all like the atmosphere sincerely, the relation between the staff or leaders and staff is harmonious. Working happy and enjoying the achievement will be of great benefit to us. Our company will find the advantage of our staff, and help them making up their shortage actively. In my view, if we want to find the innovation, the happiness of our staff is very important.
Emcee: What the next aim of Ellassay?
Mr. Xia: It is a long aim for us. We will make Ellassay better, enhance the brand reputation among Chinese customers, and improve the design. Meanwhile, we will commit ourselves to the improvement of image, service and staff training.
Emcee: Now, Ellassay is successful. Can you give some advices to the other apparel brand?
Mr. Xia: I don’t think Ellassay is successful now, it is just improving. But I want to share some experience with everyone. In my opinion, the brand proprietor should cognize that it needs a lot of time to make a well-known brand with accumulating knowledge and experience. Ellassay insists its own style all the while, and isn’t affected by the other style, such as Taiwan style and Korea style. It will be identified by the customers. I think that is very important.
