If you are operating a tannery, supplying a major brand and need to demonstrate environmental stewardship in line with the LWG guidelines, this course is for you.
The LWG Protocol is scheduled to be updated to Issue 4. This course is designed both for companies being audited for the first time and for those who have been audited and wish to improve their award level.

The course will:

introduce and explain the LWG protocol, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions; introduce the scoring system and explain the changes from issue 3 to 4, e.g. water usage is now a section that will contribute to the final score;

A section guide will be presented with worked examples to ensure each delegate clearly understands how to meet the requirements of the protocol. Each delegate will receive a package of information and demonstrations of key issues, such as air emissions inventory, restricted substance policy, etc.
