It has been noted that self-employed traders have played an important role in the development of Chinese industries, especially textiles.
Recognizing this, Government has cancelled, both, individual business' administrative fee and the markets' management fee from September 1, 2008.
These two fees had been implemented ages ago and was, reportedly, the cause of decrease in number of individual businesses in China during 1990-2006 period.
Experts say that this move will certainly ease some pressure on self-employed textile dealers in these tough times by reducing their expenses.
Market insiders are of the opinion that, this will also encourage people to set up businesses, which will create considerable job opportunities.
