Ministry of Commerce recently announced that the Government would begin anti-dumping investigation on polyamide-6,6 imports from the US, Italy, Britain, France and Taiwan, immediately.
The tax code of the products to be under inspection is 39081011.
This investigation is scheduled to complete by November 14, 2009, however, it may be extended till May 14, 2010, under special circumstances.
Authorities informed that all aspects including dumping, dumping margins and damage to the domestic industry will be scrutinized.
China imported about 95,200 tons of the chemical, worth over US $294 million.
