According to Hangzhou Customs, the accumulated import and export were 37.26 billion USD in the first quarter of 2009 in Zhejiang Province, down 19.3% to same period last year. Qian Ping, the director of Analysis Dept. of Hangzhou Customs said, “there is some evidence of recovery for textile and garment product, but for the whole year, particularly the first half year, the foreign trade situation is still not positive.”
