Li rucheng, president of Youngor Clothing Co., Ltd, after dealing with the major share, decided to integrate the apparel part.
It is reported that the registered capital of Youngor clothing Holdings Limited, the Wholly-owned subsidiary, will be raised from 200 million to 1.6 billion to tap the potential of development. After that, Youngor clothing Holdings Limited will acquire all the shares of apparel marketing and production, which are hold by Youngor directly or indirectly and acquire the shares of Youngor Knitting Garment Co., Ltd. Youngor Knitted Underwear Co., Ltd and Youngor Faxuan Knitting Co., Ltd, on the base of the audited net assets at the end of the year 2008 and 2008 Profit distribution plan.
According to Youngor, the investment did not affect this year's profit.(Cindy)
