The PMI index in September showed us, textile companies and garment enterprises’ new export orders are rapidly recovered. In October, clothing industry new orders index reached to 68.9, which is hitting a new level since 2008; export orders index rose from 47.9 to 61.3. Textile industry recovery was relatively slow, but have risen sharply compare with the beginning of this year.
