Longshan County delegation signed contract with Hazan Shoes Co., Ltd to build a vamp production base in Longshan, Hunan province.
Hazan is a private multinational corporation with its head office in Wenzhou. It has branches in America, Italy, Panama and UAE. Longshan delegation was warmly welcomed by Chairman of Hazan, Mr. Wang Jianping in Wenzhou. They also visited its head office in Wenzhou.
Mr. Peng Zhenggang, governor of Longshan County says that Longshan enjoys market superiority with rich labor force, advantageous location and booming frontier trade. However, it lacks capitals for its further development. Moreover, Wenzhou is a capital export city. Many people from Wenzhou do business well in Longshan. Economies of these two places are highly complementary. Longshan welcomes investors from Wenzhou to start their business there and will continue to support development of Wenzhou enterprises.
For Mr. Wang, the cooperation with Longshan can speed company's transfer of production base. What's more, the production base in Longshan can help company to explore western China market. The first stage of this project will begin in this year. It is expected to provide 1000 jobs.
