Miley Cyrus arrives on the red carpet at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles January 31, 2010.
Miley Cyrus feels "claustrophobic" wearing frills.
The singer-and-actress says she'll be glad when filming on the final series of 'Hannah Montana' - the TV show she shot to fame on - is over because she will no longer have to be dressed up in pink and glitter.
She said: "When they're putting me in sparkles and in pink this final season, I have to grit my teeth. I can't breathe looking like that anymore. A friend came by the set one day and said, 'You don't look very happy.' I said, 'I'm feeling claustrophobic in all these frills.' "
Miley, 17, has adopted a new mature look of late and looked stunning in her Jenny Packham dress at the Oscars earlier this month.
The British designer - famed for her wedding dresses - made a bespoke champagne-coloured gown for Miley to wear at the prestigious ceremony and was thrilled to see her in it.
She said: "She fell in love with a white dress from our spring/summer collection. She loves the softer Champagne colours so I created something especially for her. She is young, beautiful and talented and I was honoured to be asked to create her special dress for the biggest fashion event of the year."
The dress was clinched in at the waist with a sweeping floor-length skirt and showed off Miley's curves to perfection.
