Tangshan Jidong Cement Co. plans to raise 1.9 billion yunan ($279.5 million) via the placement of 135 million shares to Diamondrock Investment Ltd., according to a filing to Shenzhen's stock exchange.
The shares will be sold at 14.21 yuan each, Tangshan Jidong Cement said in the statement.
