Black Bull Resources Appoints President & CEO

SHELBURNE, NOVA SCOTIA, May 05, 2010 - Black Bull Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph MacDonald as interim chief executive officer (CEO) of the Company effective May 4, 2010.
Mr. MacDonald will assume the full responsibilities of chief executive officer, while Richard J. Shearer will remain as Chairman of the Board. Joe will continue to work with our existing customers as well as developing new markets for our quartz and kaolin.
Mr. MacDonald brings the experience of a long and successful career in sales and marketing with Stora Enso North America, operator of the Port Hawkesbury paper mill in Nova Scotia. As President of Stora Sales Company in New York, he was responsible for all sales of pulp and paper in North America.
Joseph has been a director of Black Bull Resources Inc. since October 2002. He was involved in the early development of the White Rock Property, including the initial marketing program for Scotia White(TM) quartz.
