"low-carbon transportation card" was fully affirmed
On May 20,2010, CCTV Topics in Focus had a program "Carbon Expo" to explore the low-carbon elements in the World Expo. The program fully affirmed the "low-carbon transportation card",which issued by Green Commuting Fund ,China Association for NGO Cooperation.
