From Sept.28-30, Mr. Zhao Daxing participated in Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness s first Global Assembly in Istanbul. The Global Assembly presented an initial draft framework on CSO development effectiveness, and after, will be refined and finalized in the run-up to the 4th High Level Forum in South Korea in 2011.
