Huang Haoming inspects project progress in Qinghai

On February 15-16, Mr Huang Haominginspected the progress of the project Qinghai medical emergency revolving fund for poor herders and discussed with the principal leading officials of the Civil Affairs Bureau and the Health Bureau on the necessity, feasibility and sustainability of the project in Hu Zhu country and Huang Zhong country of Qinghai province.

This project is aimed at providing poor herders in QinghaiProvince with emergency medicalcare money before they going to hospital, to ensure their timely hospitalization and medical treatment. Chen Qingyun, Director General of Shi Wing Ching FoundationLa Yingcai, vice president and secretary general of the Qinghai Social Work Association and Liu Ju, chief assistant of the local Medical Department alsoparticipated in the meeting.
