On February 15, Mr. Huang Haoming, executive director of CANGO, had a meetingand discussion with Mr. Wu Wei, member of the local standing committee and executive vice county mayor of Tian Jun county of Qinghai province, about the feasibility of a plannedproject implementing amedical emergency revolving fund for poor herders. Other participants of the meeting were Chen Qingyun, director general of the Shi Wing Ching Foundation, La Yingcai, vice president and secretary general of the Qinghai Social Work Association and Liu Ju, chief assistant of the Tian Jun Medical Department.
