Chengdu to equip Chinese-made airplane C919 with "clairvoyance" and "clairaudient"

On June 26th, at the "Signing Ceremony of Capital Increase Agreement of CETC Aviation Electronics Co., Ltd and of Cooperation Intent of Communication and Guidance System of Large Passenger Airplane C919", the domestic supplier of avionics systems was decided for the large passenger airplane C919 project, which is CETC Aviation Electronics Co., Ltd from Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, and it will set up a joint-venture with American Collins to join forces in the research and development of such systems as communication and guidance system, communication and navigation surveillance system and airborne entertainment system, as well as the provision of products for the C919 large passenger airplane.
