Chengdu and Sydney established "friendship alliance for education"

On July 9th, the Municipal Educational Bureau and the Sydney Bureau of Education, Australia, signed a bilateral cooperation memorandum, deciding to establish the friendship alliance for the joint development of educational resources, and co-build a series of sister schools. It is reported that this is a part of the "Educational Alliance Plan of Friendly Cities" being promoted vigorously by Chengdu.
