Wistron's Chengdu Manufacturing Base project started construction

After the construction and put into production of Foxconn's Chengdu project in last year and the beginning of the construction of Compal's Chengdu manufacturing base earlier this year, Sichuan's developing electronic information industry has made another major progress: on February 11th, Wistron Group Chengdu Manufacturing Base project was formally put into construction, which is expected to be completed and operational in the third quarter of 2011, and before the end of 2012 to achieve the comprehensive production capacity of 10 million units, and gradually realize an annual production of over 40 million units.
