Business Climate Index of Beijing Rose Steadily

Thanks to economic recovery and seasonal element, the business climate index of Beijing in the second quarter of this year continued to rise steadily to 138.1, up 4.9 points from the first quarter, exceeding 130 points for the 3rd straight quarter but the booming level has not yet recovered the pre-crisis position.
