China lifts steel export rebates

China will scrap tax rebates to exporters of dozens of commodities including key steel products, some non-ferrous metals, silver powder, corn starch, rubber products and ethanol from July 15, according to a joint announcement by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation.
