Masteel has become a major supplier of X80 pipeline steel for CNPC after passing test on the steel's physical and chemical properties and welding performance and so far provided more than 1.2 million tons of such steel to the oil giant for the use of a 1,833 km-long China-Kazakhstan gas pipeline.
