Baosteel Resources Co Ltd signed a share transferring agreement on February 22 to take over 10 percent, or 11 million shares, of Jiangxi Yongsheng Mining and Metallurgy Co Ltd, China's third largest ferrovanadium producer and a leading ferromanganese supplier, clearing the way for their cooperation in the fields of raw material supply, marketing, resources development and information sharing.
