Shougang Beijing Branch Aims for Top Five

As a sole premium steel project retained in Beijing, Shougang CR Sheet Company is striving to be among the five most sophisticated steelmakers in China by the end of this year. The Shunyi-based company mainly produces high grade steel for the auto, home appliance and construction sectors.

In past March the mill produced 155,000 tons of cold rolled steel, 87,800 tons of continuous annealing steel, 43,400 tons of auto steel and 28,200 tons of household steel, and exported 11,200 tons of steel with the proportion of brand steel reaching a record 64.6 percent.
