Nanjing Steel Sets Next Year's Production Goals

Nanjing Steel plans to produce eight million tons of steel, 7.45 million tons of pig iron, 7.08 million tons of steel products, and attain sales revenue of 33.4 billion yuan in 2011. The company is expected to make 6.78 million tons of steel, 6.29 million tons of pig iron and 6.3 million tons of steel products this year, up 4.27 percent, 4.28 percent and 4.83 percent, respectively, from last year.
