Hebei Steel Seeking Chances for further Mergers

Hebei Steel is looking for opportunities to merge with more local private steel mills in the wake of acquiring five non-governmental mills including Hebei Jingye and Tangshan Songting in a progressive manner.

The group has established contacts with at least five other mills seeking to incorporate their operations. In return, it will provide them with its assets in the form of business creditworthiness, management skills, consulting services as well as purchase and sales network.
