Shrek Forever After boosts hot sales of dolls

In hot August, Shrek Forever After comes to Beijing, blows a big wind in both theaters and Shrek theme figures.

Shrek, short, fat, unhandy, humorless and unhandsome, turned to be the current best selling toys as Shrek Forever After, the last version of the series movies, was public projected in Beijing. The resin, plush and plastic Shreks and other figures in movie beat down the usual star toys, and are on the top shelves in stores.

A retailer in Bairong Toy Wholesales Market said that before the movie was released, many clients enquired to order licensed Shrek toys. He believed that there would be a satisfactory sales in the following week.
