On 12-14 October 2010, the China Toy Expo gathered over 50,700 trade visitors from 104 countries and regions to attend the top one industry event for toys, hobby & baby articles in mainland China. Organized by China Toy Association, the China Toy Expo once again successfully accomplished the goal Your Link to China, with 2,155 booths and 43,500 square meters exhibition space a rise over last year of 26% and 21% respectively.
Under great concern by the global toy industry, the EXPO provided an excellent platform for all exhibitors to present their best products to visitors from the worldwide. In this year, more international visitors participated in the CTE, appreciably more toy traders and buyers came from Russia, Korea, Japan, Indonesia and Vietnam increased significantly with an average growth rate over 32%. Some key buying representatives from well-known toy brands, leading chain stores and famous trading companies were still on schedule to visit the fair, including: Auchan, Carrefour, Homeretail Group, Jura Toys, Li Feng, Nanco-Nancy, Tesco, Walt Disney, Woolworths, 360 Sourcing and more.
Meanwhile, the Chinese domestic visitors came from 200 major cities of China. They are not only present the importers & exporters, regional distributors, wholesalers, but also the shopping malls, chain stores, speciality retailers, etc.. Refer to the excellent quality of the visitors, it is no doubt to ensure more and more international companies are taking the advantage of CTE to develop their business in China market.
In addition, the scale for international exhibitors of CTE 2010 demonstrates 94% larger than last year included first-time participants from Belgium, Germany, Korea, Netherland and USA. It is our first time to attend CTE. We were so pleased that the quality of the buyers is very good here. We not only meet some targeted importers, but we also maintain good relationships with existing buyers such as Toys R us,Tesco, etc.. expressed by Tom Gasch, SE Asia Sales Manager of YUMMY DOUGH.
The China Toy Expo is also the best opportunities for buyers with various targets to source quality products directly from the greatest number of Chinese factories. In 2010, the TEN group pavilions displayed at the fair, presenting the major production regions in all China included wooden toys, plush toys, baby carriages, playground equipments, plastic & electronic toys, and hobby models.
They were showing the achievements of made in China and to ensure buyers can find everything in one place.
