2010 Brief summary of China Toy Association

In 2010, China Toy Association made many an achievement in the key work for toy industry.

1. Participated and offered proposals in formulation of industry development plan:
Offered a proposal to State Quality Inspection Administration (AQSIQ) on influences from EU NEW APPROACH METHOD, and American CPSIA/HR4040;
Made a protocol on toy industry development plan in China 12th Five Year Plan;
Did research in Shenzhen with leaders from the Commerce Department and AQSIQ on low-carbon operation

2. Reflecting toy industry issues and crises to relevant governments to call for further aid
Offered a proposal to All China Federation of Trade Unions on pupils toy classes;
Reflected issues on 3C certification, and assisted the 3C experts group to modify 3C implementing regulations, lowering the costs;
Recommended 10 delegates as appointed 3C Experts Group members;
Reflected to relevant organizations on stricter regulations of paint raw material;
Reflected to the Commerce Department on Argentine non-tariff trade barrier;
Reflected to the Commerce Department and AQSIQ on Singaporean objective slander on China toy

3. Promoting the publicity and implementing toy regulations
