BEIJING, March 31 - China's cotton planting area in 2011 is seen rising 6.2 percent from last year, said www.cncotton.com, an industry website under the China National Cotton Reserves Corp on Thursday.
The estimate was revised down from its December forecast of a 6.8 percent increase, based on its survey, said the website.
