International transport services from next year exemption from business tax

Ministry of Finance on May 5 sources, since January 1, 2010, the domestic unit or individual in China to provide international transport services exempt from sales tax.

International transport services is the carriage of passengers or goods in the territory of exit, outside the carriage of passengers or cargo in the entry, happens outside the carriage of passengers or goods behavior.

Ministry of Finance said on Jan. 1, 2010 to the date of the text to the levy of sales tax should be exempted from tax, the taxpayer's tax payable after the deduction of business tax credits or refundable.
