The Boeing Company (Boeing Co.) Chairman and Chief Executive McNerney (James McNerney) Wednesday said that China's booming aviation industry, airlines will likely become the main source of supply of commercial aircraft.
But he added that China's aviation industry is large enough to push Boeing and other aircraft manufacturers to solid growth in sales.
McNerney was expected in the next 20 years, the scale of China's commercial aircraft fleet will triple to 4,600 planes, 4,000 billion dollars to create market opportunities. This is about Boeing aircraft currently in service in China, the value of 20 times.
