UPS will increase the logistics industry in Shenzhen Science & Technology

Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Deputy Mayor Mr Lu at the Civic Center, met with Derek Woodward, president of UPS Asia Pacific. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation, to bring in more high-end logistics technology and services, promote the continuous development of logistics industry in Shenzhen.

UPS is the world's largest package delivery service company. UPS in May this year, opening in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Asia-Pacific transshipment center, which is the largest UPS hub in Asia.

Mr Lu said that after 30 years of development, Shenzhen has established a relatively perfect modern logistics industry, including well-known multinational companies such as UPS has made great contributions. The continuous development of Shenzhen UPS will also provide more room for growth. Municipal government will continue to support the development of UPS in Shenzhen, the UPS business development to create a better business environment and conditions.

Woodward said, has been improving transit center in Shenzhen on the basis of operational efficiency, UPS will increase the logistics industry in Shenzhen & T, and for the development of Shenzhen high-end logistics industry to contribute actively to become an international logistics hub in Shenzhen .
