Sources: Alibaba will announce the acquisition Auctiva

According to an insider, Alibaba.com Limited (Alibaba.com Ltd., Abbreviated: Alibaba) is expected to be Wednesday announced the acquisition of e-commerce software company Auctiva Corp.'s Message, thus speeding up the pace to move into the U.S. market.

The source did not know the purchase price paid by Alibaba to Auctiva. Auctiva is privately held and headquartered in California, Chico.
