United Parcel express service in China to be established

According to foreign media reports on September 27, United Parcel Service Corporation ("UPS") plans this week to submit to the State Post Bureau, the domestic license.The company plans to launch the next day in the domestic market and the two-day delivery and three days delivery services.

The report quoted the company, said Dan Brutto, president of international operations, China's domestic market, a huge opportunity for development; view of the expanding middle class, the future market value of the domestic market will reach billions, the Chinese express delivery market, the amount of the daily package delivery may be up to 500 million pieces.

May this year, UPS announced that its Asia hub in Shenzhen, was officially opened. The company has been awarded the General Post Office of China's international express delivery business license, is awarded the first international express business license of foreign-funded enterprises.
