CIMC Group and China Merchants Bank in Shenzhen, signed a strategic cooperation agreement

December 22, China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC") and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Merchants Bank") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen.

Under the agreement, China Merchants Bank will provide CIMC intention of 17.7 billion yuan credit line, and set in the future and the Group continued in the same industry, business, cash management, international business, investment banking, corporate annuity business, domestic foreign joint business and retail banking and other areas of deeper and broader level of business cooperation, in order to set the Group's future development in the full range of global financial services work together to build mutually beneficial cooperative relations, the two sides in their respective areas to enhance brand and comprehensive competitiveness.
