Quarterly Statistics & Analysis of China s M&As - Q3/2010

Abstract :

In Q3/2010, China's M&A market came back more well and alive, as evidenced by the apparent rise both in the number of announced deals and the disclosed amount. More specifically, there were 408 M&As with disclosed amounts taking place during this quarter, posting a 71.94% sequential increase, and a total amount of USD 39.941 billion were involved, up 202.18% compared with the previous quarter.
