China Vanke upbeat on sales

China Vanke Co, the country's biggest publicly traded property developer, said it's "confident" sales will stay above 100 billion yuan ($15.2 billion) in 2011 for a second year, Liu Aiming, Vanke's executive vice-president said at a property forum in Shanghai.
The Shenzhen-based company posted 108 billion yuan revenue for 2010, becoming the first Chinese developer to post annual sales exceeding 100 billion yuan.
