ALIBABA Group is said to have spent 170 million yuan (US$25.7 million) for 25 percent of software provider Sinosoft Technology Plc.
The deal was made during the Spring Festival holiday and the payment was made through Alibaba's investment arm, Hong Kong media reported yesterday, citing Alibaba spokesperson Linda Kozlowski.
