Golden prize winner
The 2010 "Shengzhou Tie Cup" Silk Fashion Design Competition was concluded on October, 28. Its awarding ceremony was held in Beijing Broadcasting Tower Hotel. Contestant Wei Jieming from Shanghai Silk Group won the golden prize. Contestant Peng Yingying and Li Zhenni won the silver prize. Three other contestants won the bronze prize.

The theme of this competition is “New urban silk road", which displayed the idea of combining traditional silk with modern fashion. This competition was also held to promote the silk design and innovation. Through this competition, designers with great potential were discovered.
