A production line with output of 10 million pairs of leather shoe is being installed in Jiangsu Senda Footwear. This is another achievement coming out of restructuring after the Belle acquisition of Senda Group.
In November of 2007 Belle international signed an acquisition agreement with Senda Group on acquiring of Senda’s all the brands and five shoemaking companies with spending of 1.6 billion yuan.
With the three years efforts on restructuring of Senda Group, a great improvement has been achieved on production and marketing, the sales of leather shoes is expected to increase to 3 million pairs of leather shoes for this year.
Belle international CEO Zheng Baijiao said the new production line with the producing capacity of 10 million pairs of leather shoe will be completed within a year, and will increase their production by double, adding that after the acquisition Belle International has grown to a national leading footwear giant and moved close to the international brand.
