With inborn market sensitiveness, these buyers can purchase the fashion products according to the market demand and in combination with each process as market, design and retail. Then, the enterprises that introduce the buyer system have to face the task of procedure reconstruction. However, such change is not easy for China, a big manufacturing country. The first is that he bosses' old concepts shall be changed. Only when the bosses are convinced of the importance of the buyers, which results in the enterprise's internal reform, can the change of buyer mode be realized in the company.
