Ministry of Science and Technology held the symposia on the pilot work of technical innovation and strategic alliance for hemp special biological resource in Beijing on August 10.
The ministry is known to support the alliance through providing financial appropriation, discount loans and subsidies. The pilot alliances can attend the organizing and implementation of China's science and technology programs as the organizers.
According to the industry's strategic requirement, people from production, teaching and research are called for together to set up national key laboratories. Banks and institutional investors are encouraged to participate in the alliances and offer varied financing support and financial services for the companies of the alliances.
