According to statistics from the Nation Commercial Information Center of China, the value of retail sales in major large retail enterprises reached 40.49 billion Yuan in June, up 23.3% year on year. The value of retail sales of garments was 9.68 billion Yuan, increasing by 27.3% compared to the same period last year. It accounted 23.9% of the total value of retail sales. In terms of volume of retail sales, the volume of retail sales of garments increased by 12.6%. More over, the volume of retail sales of sports wear and knitting underwear jumped at a rate of over 10%.

The market share of top ten brands of men's suits is 34.06%. Yongor ranks first with the market share of 10.72%. The competition between other nine brands is very furious because their entire market share is less than 4%.

The market share of top ten brands of men's shirts reached 45.16%. Yongor also tops with a market share of 14.55%. Gold lion ranks second and Pierre Cardin ranks third.

Market share of top ten brands of T-shirts is 27.53%. However, none of them can enjoy a market share of over 6%. At this list, Montagut is first with a market share of 5.59%. The second is Gold lion and the third is lactose.


Market share of top ten brands of jeans is 48.62%. But their separate market shares are all below 9%. Lee is first with the rate of 8.88%. The second and third are Levi's and Apple.

Market share of top ten brands of sports wear is 80.8%. Nike and Adidas continue their dominance in sports wear with their respective market share of over 20%. The third is Lining with the market share of 11.22%.
