X-tep was granted the franchising of Disney Sport by Disney Group. According to terms of contract, X-tep can design, produce and sell garments, shoes and accessories under the name of Disney Sport in 21 centuries in Southeast Asia, Middle East and Central Europe. Years ago, X-tep gained the franchising of Disney Sport in mainland China. Then the franchising in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Now, it wins the franchising in 21 countries, which furthers the cooperation between two countries.
The franchising contract between two countries lasts 6 years. There are over 200 Disney Sport shops all over China.
X-tep will invest some money in building a large garment factory and its production line will increase from 12 to 120 with its output capacity up to 10 million
