Recently, according to "2008-2009 Development Report of China's Apparel Industry" published by China National Garment Association, mobility of resources among Chinese apparel industry has been enhanced, especially within inter-regional, inter-firm communication. Large enterprises further obtained quality resources, while large-scale companies produced more than 45% products of total industrial output with industrial output value accounts for more than 60% of the industry.
Enterprises of Eastern China still hold a huge manufacturing share. Growth of production in Pearl River Delta region has been significantly decreased. Things went stable in Yangtze River Delta region, and in the central region, there has been a smooth capacity growth.
